Acceptance of Terms
By booking travel services with Taro Voyages or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking. Prices quoted are valid at the time of enquiry and may change until confirmed in writing. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or UPI. A booking confirmation will be issued once payment clears.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate personal details, passport information, and travel preferences. Taro Voyages is not liable for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport, obtain required visas, and meet all health entry requirements for your destination. Taro Voyages will assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee visa approval.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability. Taro Voyages is not responsible for costs incurred due to unforeseen events.
Changes by Taro Voyages
We reserve the right to make changes to confirmed bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, airline schedule changes, or hotel unavailability. We will notify you promptly and offer equivalent alternatives or a refund.
Liability
Taro Voyages acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other third-party service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the fault of such providers. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the affected service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
