Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible, working within the constraints of our airline, hotel, and supplier partners.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed based on the cancellation timeline and the policies of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines). Taro Voyages will facilitate refunds from suppliers on your behalf, subject to their individual terms.
Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, processing times are as follows: • Credit/Debit Card payments: 7–14 business days • Bank Transfer payments: 5–10 business days • UPI payments: 3–5 business days Airline and hotel refunds are subject to the supplier's processing timeline, which may take 4–8 weeks.
Non-Refundable Components
The following are generally non-refundable: • Visa application fees • Travel insurance premiums • Service fees charged by Taro Voyages for booking and coordination • Last-minute add-ons processed within 48 hours of travel
Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other events beyond our control, we will work with suppliers to obtain maximum possible refunds or travel credits. Taro Voyages is not liable for losses arising from force majeure events.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply where some components of your package are non-refundable (e.g., flights) while others can be refunded (e.g., hotels with free cancellation). We will provide a clear breakdown before initiating the refund process.
