Cancellation Policy

We recommend booking with sufficient lead time and purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. The following cancellation schedule applies to standard bookings.

How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, contact us in writing at hello@ternvoyages.com or call +91 44 1234 5678 with your booking reference number. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive written confirmation from you.
Airline and Hotel Cancellations
Flight and hotel cancellation policies vary by supplier and fare type. Some tickets and room types are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. We will clearly communicate any non-refundable components at the time of booking.
Group Bookings
For groups of 10 or more travellers, separate cancellation terms apply based on the group contract signed at the time of booking. Please refer to your group agreement or contact your Taro Voyages group coordinator.
Amendments vs Cancellations
Date changes, destination changes, or passenger substitutions may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking depending on supplier policies. Amendment fees may apply. Contact us as early as possible to explore your options.
Cancellation by Taro Voyages
If Taro Voyages must cancel your trip due to reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. If cancellation is due to force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, etc.), we will offer travel credits or rescheduling options wherever possible.
To cancel your booking, email hello@ternvoyages.com with your booking reference. Cancellations are processed during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm IST).
