For standard Indian locations, we recommend 3-4 weeks lead time. Heritage sites, government buildings, and railway locations need 6-8 weeks. International shoots require 4-8 weeks depending on the country. Emergency permits are possible in some Indian states within 7-10 days at additional cost. We always recommend engaging us during pre-production, ideally 2-3 months before the shoot date.
We negotiate long-stay corporate rates with hotels and serviced apartments near your shoot locations. For remote locations, we arrange quality guesthouses or set up production camps. All accommodations are pre-inspected for cleanliness, safety, and proximity to set. We handle dietary requirements, early morning breakfast packing for dawn shoots, and laundry services.
